    Our cross training classes are the perfect blend of strength and endurance. We take the strength aspect and combine it with cardio and other accessory lifts to create our own unique experience where every kind of lifter is welcome.

  • Personal Training

    If you want to get started on your fitness journey, but need that extra push or guidance - TejasFit offers 1-on-1 personal training sessions that builds a program specifically to your goals and training style.

  • Triathlon/Marathon Prep

    Training for a marathon, triathlon, or any other endurance event can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be. We offer prep programs that will have you ready to crush the competition in as little as 12 weeks.

  • Yoga

    As much as we love our strength and power days, we know how important rest and recovery is. Yoga classes are included in any plan you choose and are aimed to help our athletes recover and keep their mind and body connected and healthy.
